Please note that only registered spouses may participate in the spousal program and social events.

Non-members may attend Uni-Bell's Annual Meeting on a one-time basis only.
if they meet the following criteria:

  • They have never been a member.
  • They have not been a member for at least 3 years.
  • They have not participated in the Annual Meeting for at least 3 years.

You may also call Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton Reservations Department toll-free at 1 (888) 303-5717 to book your room at the special PVCPA rate of $749 per night. A one night room plus tax deposit is due with each reservation. Hotel cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival.

If you are calling the hotel to book your room, please say you are with the "Uni-Bell PVC Pipe Association" to ensure you receive the group rate.

Please note that a $495 off-site surcharge will be applied to all delegates who are not registered with the official Annual Meeting hotel. The charge is not applicable to local delegates, or in the event that the official hotel has no vacancies.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less processing fees) if cancelled no less than two weeks before event. No refunds after this period. On-site registration not available.
